F.timber aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. We aim to deliver all orders within 2 to 7 working days after payment is approved. Your order may arrive in multiple parcels and at different times. If you are unable to take delivery or collection, the courier may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the courier.
We are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame as we can only guarantee to ship the item as soon as possible during working days. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, expenses arising out of the late delivery.
There are various factors of delayed delivery that need to take into consideration:
1. Heavy traffic can cause slow delivery
2. High volumes of parcel to deliver especially during Public Holiday
3. Bad weather conditions for delivery
4. Vehicle issues such as breakdowns
5. Failed delivery attempt
6. Human error such as courier ship to different route
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the completed order form. Please make sure your delivering address is entered correctly upon checkout. If any request to change the address please inform us before the next day otherwise we do not able to change the address on your behalf.
PS: If you have given us the wrong address, second delivery charges are as below:
West Malaysia: RM 10
East Malaysia: RM18
We will only proceed with second delivery once the package is safely arrive to us. Failure to do payment for second delivery option will result in the items not being delivered and money paid is not refundable in any way including bank transfer or credit. It is also at our carrier's discretion to whether the address provided by the customer is reachable.
Once we have processed your order - you will have receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org containing a DHL shipment ID. However, if you do not receive the shipment ID or tracking number please reach us via Whatsapp here or email us at email@example.com.
Our delivery is currently provided within Malaysia only and we will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you have given to us for delivery at the time of order. We only deliver the products to residences and offices and NOT P.O. Box addresses.
All orders will be processed on next business day. Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
COURIER & ORDER TRACKING
We select DHL as the courier for delivery. If a tracking number is provided by the courier we will update your order via sms or email with the tracking information for tracking the order. Please click here to check your tracking status manually. However, if you do not receive the tracking number please reach us via Whatsapp here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

DAMAGED & LOST GOODS
Any discrepancy of order content or goods in a damaged condition received must be reported within 14 days from the date of invoice to email@example.com.
All packaging (both outer shipping packaging and internal contents) must be kept in order to make a claim.
If you suspect your goods have been lost, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of ordering.
