Return/Exchange Policy
We take great care to check all items before shipping to ensure you receive them in good condition. However, if you encounter any issues such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, with tags still attached and returned in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase for verification. Returns made after 14 days, used items, sale items, or personalized products will not be accepted.
If your item arrives defective (for example: peeled material, broken zipper, torn stitches, stains, or wrong color received), please contact us immediately at sales@ftimber.com
or via WhatsApp at 012-343 6689 with your order number, product code, name, address, and reason for return or exchange. Once approved, we will provide our return address and instructions.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or wrongly sent items.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong order, or wrong product size. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Refund Policy
We will contact you directly to obtain your bank details for refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and credited based on the amount paid.
If the same product is unavailable for exchange, we will offer an alternative item of equal value. If no suitable replacement is chosen, a refund will be issued instead.
Please note that returns for wrongly ordered items are not eligible for a refund.
