To attend this event, you are required to place a RM100.00 deposit to reserve the seat. The full amount will be returned in the form of a RM100.00 shopping voucher, redeemable during the event. A complimentary meal will also be provided to each attendee at no additional cost. Seats are extremely limited.
Terms & Conditions – Product Launch Event
Ticket Reservation
- Deposit is amounted at RM100 and admits one (1) individual only.
- Companions or children are not permitted unless a valid ticket has been purchased for each individual.
- Each customer may purchase up to a maximum of four (4) tickets per user account.
- Tickets are non-transferable, unless prior written notice is submitted and approved by the organiser.
Ticket Entitlements
Each confirmed ticket holder will be entitled to:
- One (1) RM100 voucher, redeemable for bag purchases during the event
- One (1) Complimentary meal, served during the event
The voucher is highly encouraged to be used on the same day at the event.

Full attendance is required to enjoy all entitlements. Partial attendance may result in forfeiture of benefits at the discretion of the organiser.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
In the event of a cancellation by the organiser, attendees may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A RM150.00 (additional RM50.00 awarded) voucher redeemable on our official website.
Should an attendee wish to cancel, and provides notice by 12:00 PM on 18 September 2025, they may also choose:
- A full refund, or
- A RM100.00 voucher redeemable on our official website.
No-shows or cancellations made after 12:00 PM on 18 September 2025 will be eligible for a RM100 website voucher only. No refunds will be provided.

West Malaysia rate is RM10. East Malaysia rate is RM20. Our courier partner is DHL. Free shipping is available to West Malaysia for order over RM150. Instant same-day delivery is RM38 to KL, Selangor, Putrajaya.
